Expect traffic chaos in and around downtown Vancouver - that’s the warning as the Taylor Swift concerts combine with a Friday night Canucks game, six weekend Cirque du Soleil shows and the Vancouver Christmas Market at Jack Poole Plaza this weekend. People are being encouraged to walk, bike or take public transit to avoid jammed streets. A number of downtown road closures and passenger zones will be in effect.
