Description
We gather at least a couple of things from today's gospel. First, the Lord shows us the need to actualize our faith in Him each time He makes us sort of wait before He acts on our petitions. Second, we have the basic format of each of the seven sacraments of the Church. First, each sacrament has a matter, and some action to perform to effect the sacrament. Then, the minister utters some words indicating what he is doing with the matter and the action.
