Among the inconsistencies in Henry Ford's legacy of creating an automobile empire and putting Americans on the road with his affordable Model T is the often glanced-over treatment of his workers - particularly his hatred toward organized labor. And nothing would prove that to world than the 1937 event history would come to know as the Battle of the Overpass.
