Nelson Mcmillan is a British Royal Navy veteran and former warship Commanding Officer with 19 years of leadership, innovation, and strategy experience ranging from NATO and the UN to Fortune 100 companies. He is a Harvard Business School alumnus, a Stanford entrepreneurship graduate, and has innovated commercially for American Express, Goldman Sachs, and Nokia.

Nelson is a Thrive Global contributor and founder of a consulting practice that helps organizations Strike Deep with their people through intrapreneurship.

Nelson Mcmillan has a long list of impressive credentials and accomplishments, yet he is the first person to tell you that he failed hugely at each stage of his life and that his life has not been all about success.  In this podcast, he shares all of his setbacks and how he turned them around while deepening his self-knowledge.
