An experienced entrepreneur, David previously founded the internationally successful Pop! Gourmet Foods and co-founded AvoLov/BranchOut. Challenged to eat more plant-based foods, he found cheese the hardest to replace. After discovering non-dairy cheese-making traditions in Crete, Greece, he developed GOOD PLANeT's Olive Oil Cheese—the first plant-based cheese made with heart-healthy olive oil, offering the taste and melt of traditional cheese.
