I first discovered Jeannine's work and her book, Warrior Women, when I was researching sacred sites of Goddess for my Sacred Places of Goddess: 108 Destinations book and I became mesmerized by her work and her discoveries. Dr. Davis-Kimball specializes in ancient and modern cultures of Central Asia, received her Ph.D in Art History and Archaeology from the University of California, Berkeley and she established the American Eurasian Research Institute.
