TeZa Lord, spiritual activist and author of "In the "I" of the Hurricane" discusses her experience teaching self-empowerment techniques (euphemism for yoga and meditation) to juvie teenage girls in a hi-security lock-up, while simultaneously enduring the head-on strike of a hurricane.  TeZa will share what tools we can give these former "bad girls" to help them change their lives - that we can all use for personal transformation.   We'll hear how what happens to the girls correlates to what peoplego through in their ordinary, normal lives, with no hurricanes around.  Further, TeZa will tell us how she got these "at risk" young women to embrace these techniques and embark on these journeys of transformation.
