Episode Details

Giuseppe Paradiso is a jazz drummer and composer who beautifully exemplifies the mission of altruists, alchemists, and performers the world over; to explore the mystery that is life through creating and sharing music that is multidimensional, personal, and universal.

The new recording Metropolitan Sketches is a collection of musical poems; think more e.e. cummings than Shakespeare, although Giuseppe’s classical chops shine through.

Giuseppe and Baruch discuss, among other things, the metaphysics of jazz, and how we can constructively deal with challenges facing humanity this moment, and how music and the arts can be a meaningful part.
