I sat down recently to speak with Gidon Ariel in his beautiful home in the Hills of Hevron. We began to speak about his childhood when he hit me with a 2-by-4 (figuratively). Turns out he made Aliyah at the age of 14. No, not with his family. By himself! This was a fun one, with lots of thoughts from Gidon on the importance of living in the land, and what it means to have a geula – redemption - mentality.
