Jake has been a patient of IFS therapy for almost a year. Not only does he explain the treatment, but he also eloquently explains the origins of the therapy, and how it naturally came into being. 

Despite the subject matter being quite weighty, Jake typically employs his light-hearted wit to convey the essence of the treatment.
