Season 3 Episode 89
Love to hear from you don’t be shy send me a message ✨
Sadly my Nan passed away and I’m here to talk about how I am going to support myself on grief journey. How am I going to manage my own personal well-being carry on with life keep things normal at home show up for myself as a mum and wife.
Are you struggling right now with grief? Have you got the tools to pull out the bag to help you on your own journey?
Grief is an incredibly personal journey, and it’s important to honor your feelings and give yourself grace as you navigate it.
Grief is Love’s Echo
Grief is the proof of deep love—an echo of what was and what will forever be in your heart. It’s not something to be “fixed” or “moved on” from but rather something we learn to carry differently over time.
Some days, it might feel like a gentle whisper; other days, it may crash over you like a wave. And that’s okay. Grief doesn’t follow a timeline or have rules—it’s uniquely yours.
Be kind to yourself in this process:
🌿 Allow yourself to feel without judgment.
🌿 Surround yourself with support, whether through friends, family, or a community.
🌿 Remember that it’s okay to laugh, to smile, and to live again—it doesn’t mean you’re forgetting.
Grief isn’t linear, but healing is possible. Lean into what brings you peace, and take each moment as it comes.
If you’re ready, use your voice to talk about the person or situation you’re grieving. Sharing can bring profound healing, not just for you but for others walking a similar path.
