We worry that there’s something wrong with us or we're "grieving wrong". 2) There's concern this is going to be a permanent state and that we won't "get through it". 3) We might worry this negativity will always haunt us, and this moving backward feeling will always be on our toes.But what if I told you there’s just no such thing?
