In August 2020 he took on the additional role of managing the Corporate Marketing & Distribution function. Over the last 25 years he has worked in every facet of sales and customer service. His last 12 years he was a General Manager in the Home Services/Plumbing industry where he was involved directly with customers on a daily basis, and also directly responsible for creating customer service and retention programs to ensure continued growth and profitability.
