When you view change as an opportunity and embrace it, you’ll find the going much easier and it will give you something to look forward to.
Reinventing yourself isn’t about adding something to fit in or please others, it’s about stripping away all the conditioning, the people-pleasing, the fear and bringing to the surface the version of you and your life that has always been there.
