“Manifesting Hope- Journeying Grief with a Positive Mindset”

Season 3 Episode 88

Love to hear from you don’t be shy send me a message ✨

You might never have thought of this before, but manifesting can give you hope and can really help with your mindset. I’m going through a grief upset or trauma.  Using  strategies and tools to get you through hard times or times of struggles.  Manifesting for me has given me a toolbox that I can dive into whenever I’m feeling low, sad or stressed. I’ve put everything together over the years for my manifesting practices and teachings to help support me.

Manifesting can be a powerful tool to support grief by helping you shift focus, find meaning, and regain control during a time that often feels overwhelming. Here’s how it can help:

1. Reframing Your Mindset

Grief can make you feel stuck in negative emotions. Manifesting encourages focusing on what you want to create or feel in the future, like peace, acceptance, or gratitude for the positive memories.

2. Finding Moments of Gratitude

Even amidst grief, practicing gratitude—such as being thankful for the love you shared or small moments of joy—can shift your energy and help you cope with loss.

3. Setting Intentions for Healing

You can use manifestation techniques to set clear intentions, like asking for inner peace, resilience, or strength. Visualizing these feelings can help guide your healing process.

4. Creating a Sense of Connection

Manifesting can help you feel spiritually connected to the person you’ve lost. Many people manifest signs or messages, which can provide comfort and meaning.

5. Focusing on the Future

Manifesting encourages you to envision a life where you can honor your loss while still moving forward. It helps remind you that healing is possible and you can still create a fulfilling future.

6. Grounding Practices

Tools like journaling, affirmations, or meditative visualization—which are often part of manifesting—can calm the mind and provide emotional balance during grief.

While grief is deeply personal and takes time, manifesting can serve as a gentle way to rebuild hope and reconnect with your purpose. It’s not about ignoring the pain, but about finding ways to move through it with love and intention.
