Over the past four years I've evolved not only as a person, but as a podcaster. In this re-introduction I'll take the listener on the way back machine and talk through the show's evolution from Between the Slides, to People, Process, Progress and now to the KEV Talks Podcast.

The KEV Talks Podcast will loosely follow the format of sharing my or my guest's experiences, particularly in the Healthcare, Technology, Wellness and Public Safety spaces, then provide tools and lessons learned from these experiences and put out a call to action for you the listener.

My $.02 from life and work events that have affected me over the past 6 months to 1 year:

• Healthcare:
• Navigating the system sucks
• Electronic Health Records are still very disconnected
• Project Management in Healthcare is critical
• Technology:
• Can be a great enabler
• Has become a crutch and crippling for some
• My Gen X perspective
• Wellness:
• Mental Health is critical to consider
• Physical Health is a must for longevity
• Spiritual Health is individual, but so necessary
• Public Safety:
• Many suffer from PTS/PTSD
• Substance abuse is pretty widespread
• Collaboration must happen between agencies BEFORE tragedy strikes
