Jesse urges people to consider and know for themselves. You should not just follow what someone else says, nor just quote what you’ve learned from the Bible, thinking that you know. People talk about knowing intellectually about the Spirit and the Son of God. But they don’t live it out, and they don’t know how much it’s changed them.
