Description
Frederick "Woon" Frazier was killed on his bike by a hit-and-run driver in South LA on April 10th. In the week following his death, four more pedestrians and cyclists were killed in car crashes, all hit-and-runs. We talked to Woon's friend Keiven Munoz (@Keiven11) about losing Woon and why he feels like LA is letting bikers die. Plus: LAUSD is choosing a new superintendent and it looks like they don't want someone who has ever worked in a school.
