Phoenix Rose had just finished working a long, stressful shift, at the hospital, in Rochester, NY, where she works as an E.R. Nurse.  It was after midnight and she was driving home.  It was foggy out, so she had her brights on.  Not long into her trip home, something that isn't supposed to exist stepped out of the fog and into Phoenix's reality!
