means to become very excited, crazy, or out of control. It’s often used when someone is overwhelmed with strong emotions, like joy or even frustration.

Examples:
1- When the pop star walked on stage, the crowd went bananas, screaming and cheering loudly.
2- My dog goes bananas whenever I grab his leash—he knows it’s time for a walk!
