Vallarta Food Bank was created by Jimmy Plouff and Francie Victoria who converted their Restaurant, Tunnel Road BBQ into a food bank to provide much needed food to the less fortunate people in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, during the global pandemic in 2020.
