2 Corinthians‬ ‭10‬:‭3‬-‭5‬ ‭NKJV‬‬

“For though we walk in the flesh, we do not war according to the flesh. For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal but mighty in God for pulling down strongholds, casting down arguments and every high thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God, bringing every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ,”

Matthew 26:51-53

JESUS DID NOT TRY TO COMPEL HIS DISCIPLES TO WALK IN THE RIGHT WAY HE PRAYED FOR THEM. THIS IS HOW SELF-CONFIDENT PETER WAS SAVED FROM A TOTAL FALL

Luke 22:31-34

And the Lord said, Simon, Simon, behold, Satan hath desired to have you, that he may sift you as wheat: 32But I have prayed for thee, that thy faith fail not: and when thou art converted, strengthen thy brethren. 33And he said unto him, Lord, I am ready to go with thee, both into prison, and to death. 34And he said, I tell thee, Peter, the cock shall not crow this day, before that thou shalt thrice deny that thou knowest me.

Luke 22:59-62

And about the space of one hour after another confidently affirmed, saying, Of a truth this fellow also was with him: for he is a Galilæan. 60And Peter said, Man, I know not what thou sayest. WHEN THE CHURCH ENGAGED IN PRAYER, PETER WAS SET FREE FROM A MAXIMUM PRISON GUARDED BY 16 VIGILANT SOLDIERS

“It was about this time that King Herod arrested some who belonged to the church, intending to persecute them. He had James, the brother of John, put to death with the sword.
