Today, I had the pleasure of talking tunafish (tuna salad) with two incredible culinary minds—Chef Rachel Ponce and Chef Jeffry Weisinger. Inspired by Matthew McConaughey’s now-viral tuna fish recipe from his appearance on the 2 Bears 1 Cave podcast, I brought in some experts to get their take on it and hear how they’d put their own spin on the dish.
