“The October PMI® registered 59 percent, an increase of 2.4 percentage
points from September’s reading of 56.6 percent, indicating continued
expansion in continued expansion in manufacturing. The report was issued
by Bradley J. Holcomb, CPSM, CPSD, chair of the Institute for Supply
Management® (ISM®) Manufacturing Business Survey Committee. He is here
