A recent study by JD Power revealed one in every three banking customers and 22% of credit card users have experienced fraudulent activity on or through their accounts over the past 12 months. The study also shows 46% of bank customers and 40% of credit card users indicated they have been asked to take or act on fraud prevention measures over the three months prior to when the survey was taken. Swiss America's Chris Agalestos and Dustin Anderson examine the study, rampant attempts to defraud bankers as well as credit card holders and what companies are doing to try and combat potential criminals on The Secret War on Cash.
