The inevitable finally happened, the Cleveland Cavaliers suffered their first loss of the season in an epic 120-117 loss to the Boston Celtics at the Garden.
The Cavs were short-handed and didn't shoot very well, and at one point, they were down by 21 points. Yet, they fought back and took the defending NBA champions to the wire.
