Annie Strout grew up in Maine, USA and was a professional horse trainer before becoming a Psychotherapist. After finishing grad school she realized she had an intense desire to live abroad, but was unable to find any international paths towards licensing. 7 years later and debt free she moved to Mexico City with her dog Howie. She currently travels around Mexico and overseas and is launching her second business focused on the intersection of mental health, trauma and chronic illness.
