Dr. Carl Brown (https://twitter.com/drcarl_vancouvr?s=20) is a colorectal surgeon at St. Paul’s Hospital in Vancouver, British Columbia. He gave us a masterclass on rectal cancer, starting really with the history of rectal cancer surgery to the evidence around neodjuvant therapy and then giving us a peek at the future of rectal cancer treatment. We then discuss how we should best adopt new technology such a TEM or taTME.
