Kimberly is a birth doula, sexological bodyworker, somatic experiencing practitioner, postpartum care advocate, and single mom.

She is the co-founder of the STREAM School for Postpartum Care, where they train birth professionals, yoga teachers, massage therapists, somatic therapists, midwives, doulas and acupuncturists to help women prepare for and recover from birth. She wrote her first book, The Fourth Trimester: A Postpartum Guide to Healing Your Body, Balancing Your Emotions, and Restoring Your Vitality, so that new moms don’t have to go through what she went through and instead can have the most radiant and whole postpartum period possible.
