He’s written for The New York Times Magazine, Esquire, The New Yorker, Rolling Stone, among others. His writing has been anthologized in The Best American Crime Writing and The Best American Travel Writing and he has been a finalist for several National Magazine Awards as well as the Mirror Award for media writing. He has sold scripted TV shows to HBO, AMC and WGN.
