Dan Edwardes: Parkour Generations, How to Upgrade Your Performance and Why Biceps Curls Are a Waste of Time

This week we're here with Dan Edwardes. Dan is one of the founding members of Parkour Generations, the the world’s leading professional organization for the dynamic movement discipline of parkour and free-running. Yup, Dan is one of those guys you see running up the side of buildings and jumping over things most of us wouldn't even think possible. Parkour Generations has also started official parkour coaching certification ADAPT and the new Parkour Fitness Specialist certification for fitness professionals.

In other news, we are very excited to say that The Fat-Burning Man Facebook page is coming up close on 10,000 fans.
