On today's show June Bolen joins John to advocate for her husband John Bolen's clemency. John Bolen is currently serving LIFE without parole for his part in a Conspiracy, attempt to import, conspiracy to possess, and possession with intent to possess 5 or more kilos of cocaine.
John fell on hard times after a bad season of hurricanes destroyed his fishing business. He allowed others to use his boat to smuggle drugs from the Bahamas to Florida. It was his first offense and now he's serving a LIFE sentence.
