Kevin Poppe is the co-owner of DST Performance in Houston, Texas. DST (Dynamic Sports Training) trains athletes of all ages. In this episode, we talk specifically about working with baseball players. We talk about some of the things that Kevin does when working with high school, college, and professional baseball players, what it is like for an athlete when they first walk into DST, and why no tool is the holy grail.
