Big Lick Animal Cruelty culture that runs rampant in the Tennessee Walking Horse world in the Southeastern U.S. It's long past time to pass H.R. 693 / S. 1007, the Prevent All Soring Tactics (PAST) Act. The bill attracted its 290th House cosponsor on May 23rd- triggering a new House Rule that will bring the PAST Act to the House floor for a debate and a vote before the August recess. Bringing an end to painful scourge of soring for six decades.
