Four women in Georgia are suing Dr. Harvey “Chip” Cole claiming he performed surgeries on their faces that left them with permanent scarring and disfigurement. One woman, Kayla Cannon, said she turned to Dr. Cole to repair issues from a birth defect but the surgery made things worse. Cannon’s lawyer claims other patients are coming forward.
