He's worked as a hospice social worker, a middle manager, and director of quality improvement at Hospice of Northern Virginia. He was also the 2012/2013 President of the National Speakers Association. That's a prestigious organization. And he was recently inducted into that organization's Speaker Hall of Fame, that is the highest award you can get in the professional speaking industry.
