Then the guys get into what it takes to be a successful at being an NBA role player and how to pick your spots and balance your ego. Donte then talks about what he's learned from Stephen Curry and the leaders are the ones to set the culture for the franchise. Duncan also discusses how he's been able to cope with getting fewer minutes on the Heat.
