Emiko Rasmussen is a Confidence Building Coach and Virtual mentor as well as a speaker and leader of the Her Confidence Her way community. Emiko is also the host of The Real She Voice Podcast. Her mission is to empower Japanese women to be more confident by help breaking through their fears and help discovering their gifted talents so that they can do what they really want to do and live a meaningful life without worrying about someone else’s opinion. Emiko lost her identity since she was constantly trying to fit into other people's perception of her.
