Two Passionate experts debate nutrition.

Simon Hill is a physiotherapist and nutrition scientist, and host of The Proof Podcast, with a best selling book The Proof is in the Plants. With a masters degree in nutrition, he has a healthy obsession with nutritional science. He began his career interested in the physiology and anatomy related to optimal athletic performance. Then, encouraged by his Dad’s heart attack, he turned his attention to nutrition’s role in preventing disease and optimizing health.
