I have an ANNOUNCEMENT! But first, provide value. Just provide value. Right? That's all. We hear it over and over, but do we really even know what the hell that means anymore? On this episode, I'll define what it means to provide value in your real estate marketing. Specific examples of things a Realtor can do provide value, and attract business. I'll tell you how I personally provide value, and what it's done for my business. These are all things that you can do yourself, today. In this week's Massive Q & A, I answer Jeff Underwood's question, "What is my pre-MLS marketing strategy?" This is a GREAT episode, personally I think it's the best one so far.
