Fear and scarcity-thinking prevents many real estate agents from ever networking with other fellow agents, especially at a local level. They don't ever connect with other Realtors because they're worried that "their competitors may see what they're doing and copy it."
As you'll learn this week, thinking this way is not only outdated and wrong, but it's leaving a ton of money on the table for you and your potential clients. Brody Saunders, the Founder of IdealEstate, joins us to talk about the power of networking, and how a platform called IdealEstate is helping to connect agents from all around the country.
Having a large network of other agents is a huge benefit for a buyer or seller. It's also huge for YOU. After I started connected with other real estate agents, in my market and elsewhere, I began getting referrals on a regular basis. Now referrals from other agents makes up around 20% of my closings each year.
