Dan Lesniak is that agent. You've probably seen him around as Hyperfast Agent, host of the Hyperfast Agent podcast, and best-selling author. He's an agent in the Washington D.C. area who has built a (obviously) high-powered real estate team with his wife, Keri Shull.
But whats crazy is that when Dan was just starting out as a real estate agent, he didn't have a real estate coach or mentor to follow. Sure, he read a couple books on how to be a Realtor, but he pretty much figured it out as he went.
