Wednesday was a recovery day as yet another November storm swept across the Lower Mainland. Close to 20-thousand homes and businesses were without power due to high winds. Those conditions also prompted up to five-sailing waits for BC Ferries on the Mainland-Vancouver Island runs. Some commuters also had to contend with pooling water, slowing down traffic in many areas.
