More than 1,500 workers are looking at their next steps after the abrupt closure of Tonawanda's Sumitomo Rubber plant. Jacqueline Hall is Executive Director at Workforce Buffalo, a group that provides guidance for people between jobs. She says their numbers have gone up since Sumitomo closed.
