Heather McGuire
With two decades of experience in the dental industry, I have held a variety of roles, starting as a
dental assistant and advancing through positions like dental hygienist, sales account manager,
regional hygiene manager, regional clinical success manager, and hygiene consultant. Today, I
serve as the Director of Dental Hygiene Development. My journey has spanned both private
practice and DSOs, where I have also taken on consulting roles to enhance clinical and operational
outcomes.
Beyond the dental field, I am deeply passionate about mental health and wellness. I am a Master
Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Mental and Emotional Release, and
Hypnosis and I am also a Master Certified NLP Coach.
As a Success and Development Coach, I specialize in identifying and transforming limiting
beliefs and negative behavioral patterns. Through hypnotherapy, focused meditations, and value
analysis, I help clients rewire their neurological patterns to achieve lasting, positive change.
In both leadership and coaching, my focus is on aligning mindset, skillset, and action to drive
extraordinary results.
