If you didn't know, when I got divorced I used to weigh around 230lbs. I am only 5'9" tall, so just by going by BMI (Body Mass Index) I was considered to be obese. I decided to make a legit New Years resolution back in 2016 to lose that weight, and I eventually dropped down to a lean 165lbs at one point. Since then I have played with other diets, and had various goals. No matter what, I know how to lose weight. Are you struggling to lose weight and get back in shape?
