TJ is joined by Tim Blumenthal of People for Bikes, a national bicycle advocacy group based in Boulder, Colo., that aims to spread the two-wheel lifestyle far and wide. We also pedal along with a few of the people who embarked on last year's 300-mile Ride Across Iowa in A Day (RAID)and check in with Spencer, the first overnight town for RAGBRAI XLV.
