Perhaps appropriately, the last 'classic' style Resident Evil game (for a long while at least) would be the official, canonical prequel - Resident Evil 0. Leon, Darren, Michiel and guest Jon Salmon climb aboard the Ecliptic Express - the last train to Biohazard central - to report on their leech-infested adventures.
