Chris Lilly is the famous pitmaster/owner of Big Bob Gibson Bar-B-Q in Decatur Alabama home of the original Alabam White Sauce.  World-famous bbq is just on thing Chris does he is also an accomplished competitive cook.  He has taken home GC's all over the US including the Royal but more importantly, he has dominated pork at Memphis in May.
