We have Doug Scheiding of Rogue Cookers on the show this week.  He is a Traeger Pro, an Embedded Correspondent on The BBQ Central Show, BBQ competitor and recipe creator.  He is also responsible for the recent Smoked Queso craze.  

Doug is also an aerospace engineer.
